Hi,
I have a PC with Win2K SP3 installed on a VA-503+ Mobo.

It has a AMD over-clocked CPU to 450Mhz with 128MB RAM and 2MB AGP.

I bought a Digital Camera, 4 port USB Belkin from BB.

I plugged in the USB Card in the PCI slot. Win2K detected a USB and tried to install the drivers.
I put the CD with USB 2.0 drivers in the CD Drive and it responded saying that the CD did not have the drivers.

I let it search for the drivers. It found them and Device Manager shows them as "Unsupported USB Host Controllers".

What do I need to do get it right.

It's entirely possible that since you didn't have USB at all when Win2k was installed, perhaps you have to get the Win2k basic USB support installed before you try to install the card-specific drivers (there may also be USB support updates on the MS web site for Win2k). Try putting in the Win2k disk in when it looks for drivers.
. Then you may have to reboot and install the card-specific USB 2 drivers.
