Which Ubuntu distro for eeePC 1000?

I'm planning on getting an eeePC 1000 in the next few days and installing Ubuntu on it. Doing a little searching, it looks like there are several flavors of Ubuntu that have been customized specifically for the eeePC. I've found Ubuntu Netbook Remix from the official Ubuntu site, Easy Peasy, and eeeBuntu, which itself apparently has three different versions.

I'm fairly new to Linux. Can anyone explain to me how these distributions differ from one-another? Any suggestions for which one I should install?
 
I have an Eee 1000H and put eeebuntu 2 standard on it. I prefer Standard w/ compiz and cairo-dock

ubnuntu 9.04 should have netbook remix available at the end of the month
