Which type of ram is better for my desktop?

Hi.
I'm looking for 256mb ram for my Compaq Presario 7935 desktop.
(cpu: Athlon 550mhz / motherboard: SPS-BD, 1394 166049-101).
And its manual says its system bus is 200mhz.
But I'm not sure which type of ram is better.
256mb 133mhz CL3? or
256mb 100mhz CL2?

Any opinions?

Find out if that board is a AMD 750 mobo, if it is than you must get PC100. 750 only supported PC100, but VIA's KX133 supported PC133.

Buy the PC133 anyways, PC133 will run 100 also. PC133 is the same price basically so just buy the PC133 Cas2.

Your PC uses PC100 normally. So if you want go ahead and buy the PC100.... but like I said PC100 is basically the same price as PC133 so might as well buy the better PC133... it will still run 100.

That could be the southbridge! The AMD 750 I belive has a Via south bridge! Look at the ship closest to the processor what does that say? AMD or Via? If AMD then it is 750 and if it is VIA its a KX133. Just download snadra 2001 from Downloads.com it will tell you what chipset you have!

I can't see anything around cpu except "AMD Athlon Processor AMDK7550MTR51B C" on the box of cpu. But I think it is the cpu itself.
Can you post the link for the snadra 2001? I got nothing from search in downloads.com.
