Which TV tuner should i get? which is better? which should i get

I would like to ask for you opinion on the rating of the following list of tv tuners.
i'm currently using V3 3500tv and its alright.
just wondering which is best to get value wise etc...
Pinnacle Systems PCTV USB
Hauppage WinTV Tuner PCI
Avermedia TV98 TV tuner
Phoebe TV Tuner/Capture
ATI wonder Ve and their regular one
what is a good price for these new and used.

Only one I've tried is Avermedia TV '98.
Priced at less than $40, does everything I throw at it.
Mine was $60 version with remote.
Can not think of 1 thing I don't like about the card.
Used with Win '98, '98se and ME. Plug and played instantly.
Compatable with popular software packages, and works great with CinePlayer DVR.
Haven't tried 2k, but others said no problems with card and 2k.

The ATI TV wonder PCI isn't too bad for the money.

how good does it sync w/ audio and video?
assuming you have a fairly decent video card like a geforce2 GTS 1ghz cpu and 7200 rpm.
when i did this test w/ my current video card voodoo3 3500, it failed the FPS.
is the video card related to how well tv programs record?
