Alright i dont know which gtx 560 i should get. Should i get the msi gtx560 frozen twin 2gb or the evga gtx 560 maximum( comes with crysis 2) but only has 1gb vram.

So should i go for the better cooler and more vram or get game t shirt and poster?

Forget the T-shirt and poster. That shouldn't even be a consideration in your purchase IMHO. What is your budget, was res do you game at, and how much are the cards in question?

Idd, a t-shirt is nice, but you probably have loads already...

2gb ram is a definite pluss.

Seriously it is just a t-shirt, screw it. It has zero performance value to the card and it is not going to ensure a smoother gaming performance.

Those MSI cards are pretty good, get the MSI card. The better cooler will keep the card cooler during gameplay as welll as quieter. You're also going to want the 2gb of vram for playing at higher rez and/or cranking up the settings in games.

Sorry. Just seemed a silly question, taken on it's own. It looked like you were wondering if you should forgo the better card for a few trinkets. My misunderstanding.

MSI makes excellent cards and I would go for the extra RAM and better cooler instead of the game, t-shirt, and poster.

2gb isn't necessary in most instances for a gtx 560. What resolution do you use? I'd lean towards the EVGA unless you're at 2560x1440 at the least.

Get the MSI. It is way cheaper and has the Twin Frozr II for better cooling and reduced noise. The EVGA looks like a reference card + goodies.

I have 2 more quick questions, what happend to your 5850? Do you still use it?
And do you overclock your q9550?

edit:
Oh, they have the gtx560 SOC @ 1000 core back in stock, thats the fastest and the best cooler for a gtx560 on the market. Thats my choice.

i sold my 5850 to my gf brother. and no my q9550 is not OC since i have no idea how to OC my cpu lol. so you would pick the gigabyte over the MSI and EVGA one. the only problem is i dont like the warranties that msi and gigabyte have since they arent lifetime warranties

The Gigabyte card is the absolute elite of all gtx560 cards. They are very hard to get and only come in stock when Gigabyte has the best cherry picked chips to use on those cards. The cooler is fantastic and quiet.

Gigabyte warranty,
Limited warranty 36 months for parts and 36 months for labor

Are you really gonna keep this card for more than 3 years?

Please ,please , go over to the cpu section and learn to overclock your cpu.:) Believe me, 3 changes in your bios and you will be running @ 3.3 ghz on a stock cooler , mabe even at stock voltage.

In short, yes I would definitly grab the Gigabyte card, its worth the extra money spent.
