Which to get?

I'm building a new computer. I'm new to this so need help. I'm looking at memory at newegg.com and narrowed down to what i think is good but there are 5 memory sticks and i dont see much difference. need help. whats the difference. oh, its a gaimg computer that imbuilding. http://www.newegg.com/Product/...052416064&name=Mushkin

I prefer high-quality JEDEC 1.8V DDR2 800 RAM with good overclocking headroom. Easy 1.8V/400MHz/4-4-4-12-2T or 2.1V/450MHz/4-4-4-12-2T. Always put a small 80mm fan above the RAMs if you are going to overclock them.

Actually, he said that because he's assuming that you'll have to also add vdimm, which most times you do, unless you have high performance RAM. And whenever you run anything faster, it produces more heat. If you run it faster, but also at a higher voltage, it produces alot more heat.
