Which to buy: Palm V/Vx or Handspring Visor (deluxe) or Sony Clie, or wait?

I'm kinda interested in getting a PDA soon, since it seems that now I am more and more busy with school and such. I'm contemplating the above PDAs, and would like people who have had experiences with more than one PDA to comment, especially people who have had both the Palm V/Vx and Visor. I would like to get a Visor deluxe because of its expandabilty, but don't like the bulkiness since I've held a Palm V with its metal case, and I like the thin size of the Palm V I guess I would like the best of both worlds, but that won't happen soon (color out of the question). I would like to get one with 8mb memory (Vx and deluxe).

Handspring Visors are cool. Although I own a Palm, I'm waiting for my PDA to 'grow old' so that I can get a Visor... They're so much more expandable than my current Palm.
 
I really like the sony clie, but i think they should have made it color.oh my!

after playing with my friends pocketpc pda's i dont think i could ever go back to palms. ewww
