Which timing settings better?

I've got the choice of buying some new DDR2 2x2gb 800mhz sticks and the only difference is the timings.
One is Corsair XMS2 5-4-4-18 @1.8v and the other is Patriot 5-5-5-12 @2.0v

Which would be better at stock speeds and which might overclock better?

Any ideas?

Where are you buying them, and for how much? There are some Mushkin sticks that are 5-4-4-12 @ 1.8v for $37 after rebate on Newegg.

That said, timings don't make much difference at all in the real world. Not enough that I'd ever worry about them when building a personal machine.
