Which thread using all the CPU resourses

I am have 98SE. Lately I notice My mouse become Jerky. I notice in my AnalogX Net Stat Live. My CPU consumption was 80-90%
I conform with System moniter software comes with Win98SE. Now I am hunt of the program which can tell me which thread/Application using all the CPU power.
Static factor
No screen Save
No Application runnning
No Background threads as I know of
I close all the Known TSR.
So what you all say ?
 
Any chance that you are using a Creative SB Live! or Audigy Card?

CTHELPER has been known to go from 0-100% CPU utilization in a heartbeat.
