Your Cpu and Gpu are quite low end these days. Kepler based Gpus are particularly problematic these days performance wise. Looks like you need whole new sistem.
Head out to general hardware forums. There you will find answers for your build.

Edit: If you just want Gpu 1650super is good option IRC. Someone correct me if I am mistaken.

What are you playing? You may be able to simply buy that PSU and 580 and be good to go for a couple more years. Not as though you cannot use those parts in the new build later, should you choose. If you are playing stuff where 4c/4t does not cut it anymore, then yeah, do the build.

Which upgrade?
because the 2600 isnt the newest..
and in the future ZEN 3 will released with new GPU

so buy it now or upgrade only GPU?
what is the best GPU for 4570?

I missed the other post, my bad.

RX 570 or 580 are a good pick for that i5. You never did say what you play though. That is the real question. For example: If you put 1000s of hours into a CPU heavy game, there is only so much a GPU upgrade can do for you.

I dont understand.. so what you are recommend?
R5 2600 is 6c/12t
Edited my post, as I missed your reply.

R5 2600 is a great price performer in my country, the 1600AF even more so. Unlikely any 4th gen stuff is going to supplant it for value, but you never know. May want to wait to buy anything but the PSU, if you can.

Are you sure?
because 2600 is older
This reply makes me think something is getting lost due to a slight language barrier. Why would you question that the 2600 is older? The RX580 is going to need replacing well before a Ryzen 2600 where gaming is concerned. It confused me into thinking you meant the old i7 2600 when you queried, because otherwise it made no sense to me to worry about the CPU. Particularly when the AM4 platform allows you a good upgrade path for the CPU later. o_O

Best gpu i would pair with a 4570 would be a used 1070. You may even still see some bottlenecks occasionally on various titles perhaps but given its vram and performance it should hold ya over till the cpu gets upgraded.

You could opt for a AMD option but sorry for not recommending one, from my experience nvidia has played a bit nicer with slower cpus. Up to you ultimately but given my experience with a 1070ti and a 4670 yeah the 1070 should be the limit for sure.

I've used a 580 with an i5-4590 and it handled most things thrown at it at 1080p. I don't have numbers but I can tell you it was sufficient and I was happy with it at the time.
