All of the above.

I've eaten acidic sour stuff to the point that my tongue started shedding. Little elastic bits of spongy translucent tissue full of holes.

out of those:

sweet but I don't like sweet very often. Couple times a month maybe.

Never been a fan of salty/sour/bitter stuff (they all taste the same to me)

add spicy to the list

or mustard

I like mustard

salt - sour - bitter.

overall, I prefer the savory profile.

I could probably go the rest of my life without sweet. it does nothing for me. I like good cacao--but that is because of the bitter.

It took me a long time to appreciate bitter, but now I find myself enjoying it. Bitter in beer (e.g. IPA) is especially good.

My favorite flavors are all combinations. I can't think of much I really love that is strictly one of the above. Bacon even seems to have a sweet component, especially in a blt. Other favorites, sushi, bbq, klobasnek. Don't like many straight sweet deserts or candies, or purely salty snacks. Combinations.

Maybe a safe test for this is whether one puts salt on their watermelon or cantaloupe, they are probably more salt than sweet. I guess I like it both ways though.

That's what I'm talking about.
