Lot of obesity in the south... so I would guess there have more BBW than anywhere else... hell look at craigslist and see for yourself.
 
Texas actually has a lot of really fit women, I've found. More so in the Austin/San Marcos area. Mississippi, for real.
 
Places like Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin are missing from your poll. Colder climates, and especially mid western states, have cute chubby women.
 
For the purposes of this thread, there needs to be a definition of "BBW." To the average under-25 ATer (90% of the readership), any woman weighing more than 82 pounds soaking wet and bigger than a small B-cup is "fat" and therefore a "BBW." There's a distinct diff b/t chubby and lardass.

My wife's a BBW, a Big breasted one as well. I want a woman with curves. 36-24-36, heh, only if she's 5'3".
