Out of these three...the Enterprise.

The Star Destroyers are slow and not very manueverable. The enterprise would run circles around it.

The star wars univers relies on pulsed-energy lasers. They don't have much in the way of sheilds. A quantum torpedo barrage would decimate one.

The Enterprise (E) would own the Daedalus. The Asgard shield is nice, but rail guns and tactical nukes versus phasers, photon/quantum torpedoes and tricobalt explosives? The Daedalus wouldn't stand a chance.
