I have read all the reviews I could find on each one of these and still can't come up with one to get. So I want to hear all of your thoughts. I will also list the price I have found each for..
Audigy OEM (w/firewire) = $53
Acoustic Edge = $55
Fortissimo II = $32
Santa Cruz = $59

I've just been using the onboard sound on the ak31v3 since I thought it sounded better than my old x-gamer. But I think it's starting to go bad.

Thanks ahead of time...

It really depends on what you listen to. If you are a gamer, then the Audigy has the best 3D sound. For music, the Phillips and Turtle Beach cards are supposed to sound the best.

Santa Cruz all the way!!! You can get a Santa Cruz retail for $59.99 at compusa when it is on sale. It is orginally $79.99 but has a $20 instant rebate when its on sale so you pay $59.99 out of store. Thats where i got mine and so far i love it! I use my sound like 90% for gaming. I really think the Santa Cruz sounds really good for gaming and i played pretty many games with it so far and all sounded amazing!
I like never listen to music because i do not like music really. But i tried a few times and music sounded real good too. Plus very good driver updates. One every 3 months if not more! Driver support is very important!

the santa cruz is supposedly the best choice. i'd get the audigy if you want a firewire port. not a fan of creative products. i have a hercules game theater xp and love it. my brother just got the audigy gamer. he's going to love it. we'll see how creative is doing now.
