Which software to know specs in a 9800Pro, like bus width, etc.

Im gonna buy a used ATI Radeon BBA 9800 Pro and I want to know core speed, memory speed, bus width, etc. but without installing Omega drivers or things like that. Just a program (maybe Rage 3D Tweak?) to run and know if the card is OK.
Artifact testers are welcome.

If you have 3Dmark installed, it will tell you all of that.

ATI Tool will tell you the following:

Chip type (core)
Memory size
Memory bus width
Active Pipelines
Default GPU clock
Default Mem clock
