which should I pick...533 or 400 FSB?

I am planning on building a computer for my brother since he's going off to college. My question is I am planning on using the P4 1.6A, since it's a 400FSB chip, will I be better off by getting the 400FSB motherboard or should I get the 533FSB one? Currently I have the p4B266 and I like it very much. I saw on Mwave that the 533FSB version is only $1 more. THanks.
 
Uhh... if you raise the FSB to 533 (4*133) you are overclocking. I guess you'd want to overclock or provide some headroom in the future so get the 533 version.
