Im kind of stuck on which to get. If i got the newcastle, i could potentially OC it 100-200 mhz, but if i got the clawhammer, ive heard that they dont OC well at all, but theyve got an extra 512kb of l2 cache, which i hear will be very useful in the future.

This has been asked a million times...& although i would agree with the poll, it really doesn't matter which one.
 
Newcastle, because it's cheaper, more common, and the extra 200MHz has a much greater effect than the extra 512K of cache.
 
If you overclock get the clawhammer if not get the newcastle

but really, get the one thats cheaper..
 
clawhammer ive heard doesnt OC well at all. I wont buy a seperate HSF and more expensive RAM so that i could OC it like, 100-200 mhz 😛
