Which should I buy ATA66 or ATA100 cables?

I was confused as to which ata cable I shoudl buy. The more expensive one has the pin blocked. Is it better?

As long as you have a 40pin 80wires cable you are good to go with ATA33,66, and 100 devices. 80 wire is 80 wire, it's all the same. 😉

As far as I know ATA66/100/133 cables are all backward compatible and use 80 pins so it doesn't matter. Get the cheapest one.

That is 80 conductors (Wires) that are on 40 pin connectors, no 80 pin connectors.
