My case/mobo is giving me issues, so I'd like to toss my existing cpu/ram/hdd into a cheap sff system. Of these 2 bargain basement priced systems, which is the more reliable?

bargain basement priced systems = you get what you pay for. dont expect too much from either of them.
 
umm shuttle makes a XPC that uses the pentium - M Cpu. This with a good video card will probably be your best option. The pentium-m Cpu has been shown and proven to put a bad spanking to even athlon 64's in games. Just thought u should reconcider your options.
