Which SATA ports to use for NVidia RAID on Nforce3?

I'm preinstalling this thing for my wife, so I don't have to set it all up on Christmas morning. Everything is going perfectly smoothly, as we speak... except the RAID configuration in the manual isn't 100% clear which SATA set to use...

If you could let me know that (and any other caveats,) then I'd be grateful.
