Which SATA ports on the DFI NF3 for OCing

Hey guys I just got the DFI NF3 Lan party for my birthday. I want to do a fresh reinstall and do some OCing on this board. I have heard that one pair of SATA ports can lmit your OC while the other one does not.

So which pair are better to use? The ones in the middle of the board or the ones on the lower right? I heard it was the ones on the lower right but I can't remember any help would be great. thanks in advance.
 
I just got the same mobo in today and am doign some reading up on it. I just finished reading on another post that the ports you want to use are 3 & 4. (Between the AGP and Processor I believe).

Now I am just trying to readup and see what kind of OC's people are getting. i hope to get 2.5ghz
