Last time I was there I ate at http://www.onemarket.com/ It was pretty awesome.

Whatever you do, don't go to this overpriced, over-hyped tourist trap. Locals avoid it like a plague.
Yeah, if you like grease balls.
My favorite burgers in SF are 4505 Burgers & BBQ and NOPA.
Now we're talking

I don't know if the Farmers Market is opened on that Saturday, but you can also try a corn beef reuben from Wisesons.

Be sure it's someplace that won't bat an eye when you walk in, covered in sores from walking through all the poison oak...😛

Poison oak doesn't grow at altitude. It's one of the things I like about mountain biking in the sierra nevadas.

The best burger IMO is at 4505 Meats (as others have stated). Their BBQ is also quite tasty. Be aware that they have no indoor seating though have a largish outdoor area with benches and tables. Lots of decent beer and sides here too. Taking a short walk down to Bi-Rite for ice cream (sometimes a line, sometimes not…welcome to SF) afterward is also totally worth it. Honorable burger mentions go to Monk's Kettle, NOPA, and Maven.

I haven't met a steakhouse here worth the tab yet and the few decent one's Ive gotten have been a higher end french and american places.
