Once again, you're twisting. I didn't call him closeminded (I actually didn't call him closeminded at all, but for the sake of your argument, let's assume I did) for being an atheist. Not at all. I called him closeminded for being an apathetic asshole who ridiculed another person's beliefs. What part of this is too hard for you to understand? :roll:

So while it's ok for theists to not entertain the notion that there is no god, an atheist not entertaining the notion that there might be is closeminded. Like I said, it was that last little barb that did it. I'm not twisting your words, your hypocrisy and intolerance are just so ingrained that you don't even realize you are this way. Calling someone apathetic because they're a nonbeliever is just icing on the cake.

No, Gurck, you're just blinded by your agenda, which makes you intent on twisting my words and insisting to see me as a villain. I called him apathetic, not because he's an atheist, not because he's a nonbeliever, not because of his beliefs AT ALL, but because he said first that he "don't give a tin sh*t" (the definition of apathy). I was simply informing him that his apathy did not justify his need to ridicule.

Why don't we recap? Caminetto claimed to have undergone a religious experience. M4H opened the assault by insulting Caminetto's belief. I informed M4H that mocking Caminetto's belief was rude. M4H retorted with childish insults, for which I scorned him. Missing the obvious fact that I was scorning him for his childishness (and not in any regard to his belief system -- I had also hoped that the vaunted M4H would prove a more worthy opponent, but falled far short), M4H retorted with a proclaimation of apathy in an insulting fashion against Caminetto's beliefs, except that now he ascribed Caminetto's beliefs as being my beliefs, which they are not. I simply disliked his unwarranted and unprovoked attacks on another person's beliefs. Following M4H's divergence from logic and blantant childness, I simply wrote him off as an "apathetic asshole" and told him such, including how his apathy did not justify him, and ended the discussion. Now... who insulted who? Who attacked whose beliefs? And, now that you have entered this pointless discussion, who is twisting, who is blind, who is "ingrained"?

Anything further would be useless back & forth, keep believing what you posted if it's what makes you tick... What's most telling is that though both of us can come off as rather brash at times, only one claims to be kind & outgoing and adheres to a belief system which supposedly encourages these traits. Appearance > content for you, apparently.

No, you started it by insinuating that I have a small penis. Since I'm not going to post cock pics for your personal gratification, you'll just have to take my word that it's not. 😛

M4H: Retort with the fact that my penis extends further from my body than my nose. Since it is a part of me, my individual reality thus extends past the end of my nose. Also a humourous jab at self regarding "Thinking with your penis" and implying that as such it should be considered its own being.

Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Satanism! Before you scream, do a bit of research on it. To be a Satanist, you don't actually have to believe in Satan. Satanism generally focuses upon the spiritual advancement of the self, rather than upon submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. Do some research if you immediately think of the satanic cult stereotype. Your beliefs may also resemble those of earth-based religions such as paganism.
