Which ram?

That all depends on which specific ram module you buy. Mushkin Rev.2 and Rev.3 will be the best out of the whole group. Crucial's ram is great too as well as anything that carries Micron chips (Corsair for example) I don't know about Kingmax.

I'd say that Mushkin is the best though overall.
 
Mushkin products carry a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty.

There is no guaranteed future for ANY company but the fact that Mushkin and EMS both
merged with RAMTRON add to the possiblility that Mushkin will be around for quite a while.
