Which ram is my best shot at DDR450?

I got my C1 2.4b to 3.24Ghz which is a FSB of 180Mhz. Right now I'm running 1:1 2,5,2,2 with a stick of Twinmos with Winbond -5 chips. I'd like to be able to use the 4:5 ratio and hit 225Mhz. Which brand of ram has been known to reach these speeds? I don't want to spend $200 on the OCZ EL pc3700, and I don't want to go above 2.8v and slower than 2.5,7,3,3. My Twinmos errors out on the fifth test of memtest.

you may have to sacrifice latency though, but not like that matters all that much anyways...

Corsair TwinX. I believe they can handle high speeds at low latency too. Check thugsrook threads.
