The G. SKILL comes with a lifetime warranty. And I don't know what warranty the OCZ comes with. The good thing with the OCZ is that there's a rebate that brings it down to 56.99, but there aren't a lot of reviews on newegg for the OCZ.

Hmmm. Cheaper price but more headache?
 
Same either way. Same IC, same low overclocking low bin IC. If you don't want to overclock then this is not a problem.
