the second link is down, but the first (shentech) can probably do 166mhz cas3.

good ole batch CT16M64S4D7E... 150mhz cas 2-2-2 is pretty much guaranteed. :D

Depends on your system too. Go with crucial dude.

The first one is actually 7.5ns according to some people who bought it. It is virtual channel memory and cannot be mixed with SDRAM.

I'm running some of that Infineon that Bonkers is making such blatant references to. :p Currently at 143 2/2/2, I haven't tried dropping the multiplier down & seeing just how high it will go, but the 650 memory scores are nice.

I can get Sandra to run CPU benchmarks on my setup, but the Memory benchmarks just freeze the program!

I had that problem on my old system - A P3 on a BX motherboard. It even did it at default speed, I never did figure out WTF the problem was. My current A7V133/TBird 800 combo has no trouble with it, though.
