Yeah, I saw that from the summary tables in this month's CPU Power-User Magazine.

In fact, my tweaked and over-clocked setting for my DDR2's blows away the results for several of their DDR3 spotlight models.

But by the end of the 1st qtr 2008 DDR3 should be able to utilize the technology more productively. I definitely won't be using any until there is a significant improvement in performance over DDR2.
