Well if you want to go as far as you can, DDR2-1066 is better. You'd probably be ok with DDR2-1000 though, which is enough to get up to 4.5GHz if the rest of your components permit.
what are the price comparisons? 4-4-4-12 ddr2 800 typically oc's to about 1000 5-5-5-15 @2.1v. realistically you won't need more than 900-925 anyway, and that 4-4-4-12 stuff has been hovering around $30AR for 2x1gb for months.
