Which Quality Ram to get ???

I'm currently about to purchase my new rig and have been looking at 2GB ram and have decided upon Corsair's Twin2x 6400 5-5-5-12 im just wondering has anyone experinced problems with it?

Is there a big difference between that ram and the same ram but the 6400C4?

And finally what other brands do you suggest if corsairs not as great?

My Rig:
Core 2 Duo 6400
Asus P5N32-E Plus SLi
Asus 8800GTS
OCZ GameXstream 600W
WD 150GB Raptor
WD 500GB

I usually go between Corsair and OCZ, depending on who had the best price/performance at that particular time.
