Your welcome...in advance. You might get it $3 cheaper via Froogle.

You show no system spec. This unit will probably support 75% of the rigs on this board.

Well, the reason that I didn't show any system specs is because I don't know if I'm going to have 2 7900GTs or just 1. But I'll let the future decide that for me. Thanx for the linky :)

Yeah, that liberty has 20 amps on each 12v rail, enough for anything unless you have sli, a jubilee of hard drives and/or 2 processors. 80% efficiancy too!:D The only thing that bothers me about gotting a 400w psu for a system, is that if you are even close to maxing out the amps, it will use up a lot of power, from your electrical line at home. This means that you will be recieving a hefty electrical bill, especially if you run the pc 24/7. Getting a psu rated higher than your needs will cut down the electrical usage and save you $$$ on your electrical bill. There are many quality 500w psus out there that are of similar or even better price than the 2 you mentioned. The antec is so-so, and the no name should be burned. ;)

That makes a HUGE difference.

If you go with two 7900's, neither of the PSU's you linked will cut it and neither will the 400. The Liberty 520W might. The 620 definitely will. Also, the Enhance/Silverstone 600W will as will an Antec NeoHE 550W.

I wouldn't trust any of the neohe series psus. Too many poor ratings on many sites. The 7900gt's are very low power usaing cards, I think in sli formation a 500w should cut...in theory.

Your theory is incorrect. Only if the PSU is rated at higher than 25C (most are rated at 25C) would I suspect it would hold up during heavy graphics.

Also, the NeoHE is fine. There were some issues with the A8NSLI board, but those were resolved. It not my favorite pick, but you can do a lot worse.

Do the math; a 400 watt Liberty can't have 20 amps on each 12v rail. That would be 480 watts of 12v power, more then the entire rated output of the PSU.

I agree, the NeoHE is one of the better options, and really the only Antec I'd consider.

Yep. There's A LOT of power supplies that are "20A per rail" because that's the max limit to still be ATX12V compliant. But a PSU can have a total combined wattage of 360W (30A) and still have "20A per rail."

Check these reviews out! Reveiws -- those in no way constitute reviews that should be taken as factual from knowledgeable people!
Everybody knows at best those are customer comments from most of the time kiddies who all they know is that they recieved there order and what they have appearsd to be working fine. As johnny pointed out -- totally worthless.

Strange as it may be the Jedi is correct, pretty much everything in your post is wrong.

I ordered a Enermax Liberty myself not too long ago. I have yet to hear anything negative about them and they can be had for under a hundred...
