Which psu is better for this pc

Hey Guys I am gonna get new Pc... I just want to confirm which PSU will be better for my PC...I will overclock if needed.. so have to look after it too..

My Specifications are as below..

AMD PHENOM II X4 945 3.0 Ghz
Asus m4a785-td-v-EVO motherboard
PCI Express : Asus HD5750 Formula Series
Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Ram : Dominator 2*2 DDR 3
Cabinet : Zebronics B2 with 3 120mm Fans

A good 450watt and up that is 80%+ should be fine.

Look in the 500-600watt range.

I have a 380watt that was running my 4 gigs ddr2, Q6600, and a 9600gso.

I know it's overkill but Best buy has the Corsair TX750 on closeout for $74.99-- Pretty cheap!!

that's a monster psu, more than OP needs by a lot.

I've seen corsair cx 430 as low as $22 shipped AR. that is much more in line with his system and will save him some good money.

too bad, though, that is a smokin' deal for that psu.

It's a shame they did away with the old 400w that was 80% plus certified.
