Which PSU for an upcoming Processor upgrade?

Well, I'm in the midst of a lengthy save & upgrade 1 part cycle.
Here's my system so far:
1.2GHz T-Bird
256MB PC2700 RAM
ASUS A7V8X
MSI GeForce3 Ti200 128MB
Pioneer 16x DVD-ROM
Samsung 8x4x32 CD-RW
Maxtor 20GB 7200RPM ATA/100 HDD
Fujitsu 40GB 7200RPM ATA/100 HDD
Creative SoundBlaster Live!
ATI TV-Wonder

Last month I upgraded to an ASUS A7V8X + 256MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM from an ASUS A7V133 + 384MB PC-133 SDRAM. The next part of my staged upgrade is to pick a PSU and a new case. The case I have already picked out (nothing ultra spiffy, but it's cheap, PSU-less, sturdy, and is big enough to not cause me any problems with cabling), but I know that my current no-name 300W PSU is probably not going to be useful for the next two stages of my upgrade: A newer Athlon XP processor, and a new ATI card. I'm saving for a Radeon 9500Pro, but may change that to the 9700Pro if the price is right when the time comes. So, what I'm looking for is PSU recommendations. I'm well aware that sheer wattage isn't as important as the voltage variance on each rail.

I'm guessing I'd need a 350W or higher, but I don't know which company would be the best choice for this sort of thing. I have heard good things about Enermax, and read a few people's recommendations here, but given that I'm targeting to upgrade my system to an Athlon XP 2200+ and an R9{5|7}00Pro within the next two months, what is my best choice for a power supply?

All responses are appreciated.

Antec TruePower, it has been my experience that the Enermax series of PSUs have some shoddy voltage regulation especially for an aftermarket (supposedly quality) PSU.

Thermaltake Silent PurePower, 420W
No problems so far, and it has active PFC which is always a plus.
$68 at NewEgg.

Thanks for all the input, I'm going to do a little shopping and see what deals I can get in Canadian dollars, but right now I'm leaning towards either the Antec or the Thermaltake. My big problem right now is how much money those Antec TruePower PSUs cost. :) $89 USD translates into ~$150 Canadian, and that's before duty/taxes.

If you are interested, I have a barely used (used for about 1 month) Enermax whisper 430W PSU that I would be willing to sell for $50, not including shipping. Let me know: lushmd@hotmail.com
