I'm trying to find a way of producing on the computer, a graph that shows ups and downs of sales, over a 12 month time. Anyone know easy ways to produce it please?

Thanks GD, that's appreciated. I'm on Excel 2007, so am finding the info there doesn't apply. My fault, I should have said.

Despite that fact that you could probably do a simple google search on this topic and get a million results and software for this particular purpose, I would also recommend the ultimate solution to business problems and graphs. Excel..... it does excel at what it does! *Puns may or may not be included*

There are plenty of references out there for Excel 2007. You can get Excel 2007 for Dummies on Amazon for less than $12:

Even though its an old version any skills you learn on 2007 are transferable to newer versions. Speaking of newer versions, if you are going to stick with MS office, you should consider getting a newer version. As with all 10 year old software packages, its security isn't up to 2017 standards (how could it be) even though its been patched many times over the years.

I'll second Ratman's opinion. 10 years is a massive difference in the IT industry. Consider how many iterations of technology we went through in a short period of time, it is rather scary.
