which processor is better?

I have Intel Seattle 440 BX-2 motherboard with a slot one 450Mhz processor. The specs on the board say it will support up to PIII 800. No chance of OC as motherboard has no jumpers and bios also does not have settings.

also if I have slot 1, what are my options with slot 2 and FC-PGA chips ( how do I get them in)

you can use a fc-pga chip with a slocket or a slot 1 processor. A slot 2 cpu won't fit on your board!
