Small FTT, Large, blend?

Which one is good for stress testing a new system build?

Small ffts stresses your CPU the most. The other two tests aren't that useful, though Large ffts may expose instability with system RAM. Memtest is better for that, though.

Small fft is typically the only useful option for prime95 for testing the cpu.
Blend is pointless since nothing in particular gets stressed heavily. Large will possibly place more load on memory but memtest is way better for testing memory.

cpuburn/burnk7 is better than prime95 for testing the cpu.
