Which power supply

I'm looking at couple of similar cases, one case has an antec sl-350 power supply and the other has an
antec True 330. In this case I'll be putting an nForce2 motherboard, not sure which one yet, Athlon XP processor in the 2000 to 2500 range, 2x256 pc3200 DDR memory, an ATI 8500 video card, one Western Digital 80 GB hard drive, 2 optical drives, and 4 80mm case fans. I've got a USB printer, scanner and cable modem, which all have their own power cords. I may try some mild overclocking, just so I can think them getting something for free, but I'm certainly not looking set any records. I think either one of these power supplies will meet my needs, but which one do you think is best.

Thanks, Bob
