Which power supply for older system will be better?

need some help guys. just got a complete computer tower from a friend with no power supply.
here are the specs:
athlon xp - mobile 2400+ (45W) @ 185x12= 2.2 ghz @ 1.75v
2x 1gb kingston ddr 400
1x 512 kingston ddr 400
shuttle an35ultra mobo
1x dvd room
1x 160gb ide hard drive
x850xt platinum edition
everything else onboard
3 usb devices attatched.

My question is a dual +12v line power supply with lower amps work better:

or a single +12v line power supply with higher amps better? :

I know they're both junk power supply, but I dont want to invest in a system this old. Which would run this system better?

The ANTEC Basiq (BP500U-EC) 500W (by FSP) is a good option for you.

In my opinion, you will have enough power in the +5V and +3,3V outputs with those 152W.
