Which PNY GTX 650 is better?

Based on advice I received from this board, I bought 2 PNY GTX 650 1GB cards from best buy for $65 each. I actually received 2 different flavors of the cards in each box though -- one single slot (with an open fan) and one dual slot (with a closed type fan) -- see pictures. Which of these cooling solutions is better? One is going into my kid's computer (moderate use) and another is going into an htpc/media machine.

The dual slot cooler is better (especially for a machine that has poor ventilation).

I have that dual slot cooler on my PNY GTX 750 Ti. Very quiet and cool. Unless you need a single slot card for space reasons a dual slot is most likely better.

actually both cards are dual-slotted, even though one of them has a single-slot rear plate. The difference is in the design of the heat sink and fan (13 vs 9 blades). Since the newer 750 Ti's use the larger, 13-blade fan, I'd assume that's the better one.
