Which Plextor CDRW?

The 24x is IDE and USB. there are 2 different versions of it.
it is compatible with Windows XP. i'm currently running the IDE 24x burner in XP Pro. the reason it says it's not is because the Plextor Software isn't compatible. like PlexTools and CD-ResQ. But if you use Nero and CloneCD or Easy CD Creator like everyone here does, then it's fine. you were comparing the USB one with the IDE one.
