Which places do you not/shouldn't tip

Isn't it suppose to be that if you have a server assigned to your table then you tip? Seems like every food place these days asks for tips.
 
If it's a walk-through place and there's a jar on the counter, I tip. Generally not as much as I'd tip a server. Maybe a buck, or a buck and loose change on a $7 or $8 sandwich, maybe $2 if picking up a pizza.
 
Lawyer, doctor, plumber, carpenter.

They are professionals and set rates based on what they think they can get away with. They dont need tips.
