I have seen all of them and own all on DVD except for The Incredibles (will purchase it soon).

Toy Stories I & II are excellent, however they are edge out slightly by Monsters Inc.

The Incredibles is great but it is below the 3 previously mentioned, and Finding Nemo is a very good movie however it takes up the rear just above A Bugs Life.

PS.
I have 7 nieces & nephews and 5 that are old enough to give an opinion always want to watch Monsters Inc & Toy Stories. Only one of the youngest like to watch Finding Nemo, and A Bugs Life never ever leaves the shelf. The Kids all have seen the Incredibles (1/2 of them seen it twice), but said that they much prefer Monsters Inc over the Incredibles.

Doh, I voted Toy Story II only because I haven't seen the Incredibles yet 🙂 Maybe I should go see it now...

I haven't seen The Incredibles, but I'll get it Tuesday.

In terms of graphics, Nemo is the best, but I prefer Monsters, Inc.
 
Haven't seen Incredibles or Nemo. I like Monster's Inc the best because the idea of it wsa so cool. Monsters that scare you to get energy and stuff. THe doors that go to your closet... That's awesome stuff.
 
Toy Story, simply because it was the first and it really nailed the details of items (like the seams on the green Army men or the look of the nasty carpet in Sid's room 🙂 )
 
I guess I'm in the minority - A Bug's Life is my favorite one. It's probably not the best Pixar movie, but it makes no attempts to be a "deep" movie, unlike all of the rest of them. I enjoy it for being fun, no-holds-barred, piece of pure entertainment. I can't remember a more thrilling moment in a Pixar film than the moment the rain appeared towards the end of A Bug's Life.

A Bug's Life > The Incredibles > Toy Story > Toy Story 2 > Finding Nemo > Monsters Inc.

Of course, this is an unfair poll, because they all rock. It's like picking a favorite child - it just couldn't (and shouldn't) be done! 🙂
 
Haven't seen The Incredibles yet. Liked all of the rest, can't decide which I like the best. One of my best friends worked on TS2 & Bug's Life! 😀 He's in the credits.
 
incredibles was better than shrek, let alone the rest of the pixar movies. toy story was the most groundbreaking and nemo was the best for showing off a HT setup because it's gorgeous, but overall, the incredibles was incredible.
