Which PIII to overclock - SECC2 or Flip-Chip w/Slocket?

I guess it all works out in the end as far as pricing - even though the flip-chip is cheaper, you still need a slocket and a fan. But who knows which would be easier to overclock while remaining stable?

The FC-PGA chips dissipate heat more efficiently than the SECC2 version, so they will not be as hard to cool.

Agreed. The Flip-chip would be my choice for overclocking and superior cooling.
