Which phone?

The Motorola e815. Decent camera, really good pickup (I can pick up a better signal than I used to be able to with my old a310), good voice quality, decent speaker phone and easy to read display. Yeah the bluetooth is crippled but that's the case with every Verizon phone save the one Samsung PDA phone and you can enable the features that Verizon had disabled if you want to hack it.
