Which phone dissipates heat the best?

Which phone uses the best design to dissipate heat? Like the use of thermal paste, heat pipes, and an all metal enclosure.
So far the only phone teardown video where I saw thermal paste, heat pipes, and an all metal enclosure is the ZTE Axon 7. But for some reason that phone still throttles heavily under load just like the Galaxy s7 and the HTC 10, though it probably heats up less.

Mi Mix and Mi Note 2 has good thermal pads. About the rest... better to put it to improve the performance a LOT.

Those phones have zirconia back and side covers, which is a thermal insulator. The phone needs to have a metal or alumina ceramic back to be serious about thermal efficiency.
