Which PCIe Version card for this older board? Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3

I'm putting together a media PC to hook up to my TV for my movie collection. I still have parts from an older computer I had and all I need is a graphics card.

The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 v 1.33

I need to buy the cheapest PCIe graphics card I can get my hands on with either DVI or HDMI, but I'm not sure what PCIe revision (1/2/3) will be compatible with this older board. Can I just get any PCIe card or does it need to be an older revision?

TIA
