Which PCI TV tuner card would you sugest?

I already have the ATI TV Wonder OEM installed in my new AMD - WinXP Pro machine (see specs for Big Bertha below) and I do not like the picture quality on alot of the channels that I prefer to watch.

Now I have read many posts of people complaining of this same problem.

Given my setup and taking into consideration that capturing video to HD and time-shifting are last on my list of priorities, which PCI TV tuner card would you sugest that would give me the best tv tuner picture quality?

thanks.

Get a Win TV card, if you want Digi TV, get Win TV Nova (UK only though) or for cable get Win TV Theatre, which gives 5.1 sound and support for up to 250 channels!!

I went and ordered the Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP after 2 reviews i saw. The reviews were very favorable. Plus leadtek seems to keep there drivers/software updated. Last drivers were dated 04/16/02.

I wasn't even looking for a TV card, and now I think I'm gonna buy the Leadtek one. 😱 I'm such an impulse buyer. 🙂

I have an ATI TV Wonder VE and for $69 CAD you pretty much can't go wrong.. the card works totally fine, it's stable and i have never had a glitch.

it's mono sound, but i didn't think the stereo sound for $50 more and how little i'd use it, is worth the price.

I like this card!
