Which PCI-e 6600GT to get?

what's the best 6600gt pci-e (as in the most reliable ones, the ones without problems with the HSF like MSI or lots of complains like the XFX)

i was going to get the msi 6600gt one but some people said it had a loose hsf bracket on some of them and the temperature can't be checked

does anyone know a better, just as cheap, pci-e 6600gt as MSI and is very reliable? (not eVGA though, their performace is average w/o OC and i don't plan to OC a big deal unless i get bad fps, which i doubt)

Temps can be monitored on MSI's PCI-E 6600GT, I have it and usually see load temps of around 45-48C.
It's worked nicely for me, but probably isn't the best choice around as others have reported issues with the HSF mounting coming bit loose.

I'd probably go with the LeadTek model if you just want a bare bones no frills 6600GT, otherwise Asus and BFG both have nice boards.

I have a Gigabyte 6600GT.. works well. The fan isn't very loud at all, however I replaced it anyway with a VF700 for lower temps/complete silence. Upgrading from a Dell, it was difficult adjusting to fan noise, so I had to make everything completely silent. All in all, its a very good card.
