which pc3700 clocks the highest on 2.8v ???

All I can say is that I'm using twinmos pc3700 and I only have it set at 200mhz 2-3-3-5. A couple reviews said it can do at least 250-260, but I really can't say with my motherboard holding me back. It's about $110 a stick. I can't really help any more than that.

Probably the best memory on the market. It is actually made of Samsung TCB3 chips revision E, believe or not. Those were selling not long ago as PC 2100. Of course these chips are choosen. I have revision C that does 220 FSB. I bought it at Circuit City for like $15 after rebates for 256 MB. Who says that good memory is expensive?

Another thing, this memory is not for N-Force 2 since AMD/Nvidia junk cannot handle it.

Don't you like your Sandra memory benches? It has to be something like over 6500 which is 50% higher than what Opteron does with dual channel registered PC 3200 and more than double than what any N-Force 2 board can do.

Lets not turn this into an AMD bashing (did I say that out loud?). My Sandra memory benches are right around 6500 and with my new raptors I am loving it. I have a Folding client running 24X7 and I don't even notice it when I am playing games and downloading files at the same time. Gotta love the HT technology.

You did not read what I wrote. These are known chips, nothing new. Samsung C revision runs 440 MHz on Intel motherboards and they are not specially designed on anything. I have them, standard Samsuing CTL sold some time ago by PNY as a retail PC 2100 and PC 2700. D revision runs 510 MHz on Intel boards, and this new E revision runs even more.
OCZ sells it as "specially designed" because they know N-Force 2 mobos cannot run them at these clocks.

And this is not the only memory that won't run well on N-Force boards, the same goes for GEIL and some Corsair as well. In fact not too many chips will do well on N-Force 2. What does that tell you Einstein?
As a matter of fact dual channel N-Force 2 is the biggest fluke there is. On Intel mobos that means TWICE the output, on N-Force 2 it is more like 15 MHz gain. In fact VIA KT600 makes about the same bandwidth WITHOUT dual channel.
AMD CPUs and AMD motherboards are a sorry sight on any memory bench one can find around.

Another thing is that 246 Opteron with integrated onchip controller paired with N-Force 3 CANNOT match the bandwidth of HT on Springdale. What else to say. Intel engineers are laughing their butts off while AMD folks are making up their 3200+ number sci-fi.

I tell you the glory times of classic Athlon Thunderbird (that was THE chip) have passed away. Now the boss is back in game. Talking about Intel.

You have an 8RDA+ (nForce2); like all nForce 2's you can run an asynchronous memory frequency (like 133%) to test out the memory - it doesnt have to be the same frequency as your FSB. Sure asynchronous gives worse performance, but you can run it like this to test it's limitations at least.
