i have an old account ,used once.do i keep this one or upgrade to a new premier?
what is non credit card paypal?
best way to keep crooks out?

1. Upgrade
2. Payment via Paypal where a credit card is not used. PayPal charges a fee. If you are selling here, you can't charge extra for credit card PayPal so itclude it in your price.
3. Don't use PayPal.

Definitely fund your account with a credit card...don't use your bank account.

I have a separate account for paypal. When I need to make a payment, I move money into it. When I get a payment, I withdraw it immediaetly.

You don't need a premier account to PAY via a credit card, just to RECEIVE when someone else pays through PP via a credit card.

I always pay with a CC but always request other people fund me through their bank account because once you upgrade, EVERY payment you get has fees taken out. I actually have two accounts. One has been upgraded and the other hasn't so I can tell people whichever one they'd need.

That works too, but either way don't have an active account with money other then for paypal tied to paypal.

I have $33 in paypal and nothing to spend it on, might just request a check (and wait 2 months)

I choose #3 if your smart

Get both a non CC and CC account. That way you can pay people that don't want to have the fees involved with a CC account.

You only need a premium account if you're a seller on eBay. You need it because you can't accept CC payment with a regular account. If you're just buying stuff, a regular account will suffice.
